Where is my order confirmation?

You will receive your order confirmation via email once your order has been placed successfully at checkout. If you haven’t received this confirmation email:

• Please check your email inbox SPAM folder, just in case it landed there.
• Typo’s when entering your email address are also common and go undetected. This means that further communications regarding the order and its tracking we send will not reach you.

If after 24 hours you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us using our Help Center so we investigate the cause.
