I need an invoice for my order

By default, order invoices are sent to you as an attachment to the order completion email, i.e. when your order was shipped it was considered complete. If, however, you still want a copy of the invoice you can use these methods:

Downloading from your account dashboard

If you have an account on Eyehigh:

1. Login to your account
2. Go to orders
3. Find the order in the order list
4. Click the invoice button to view, print or download your invoice

Request your Invoice

1. Send an invoice request by sending us an account query using our Help Center
2. Enter your order number and email address
3. If your details validate then we’ll send you the invoice by email to the address specified or you’ll be notified otherwise.
