How long till I get my order?
Once your order is placed and your payment clears, we manufacture your items on demand and then ship your order. These are the timeframes for each stage:
- Payment Clearing: Usually 3 days or less, depending on your payment method.
- Manufacturing: 7-10 days. Please allow 1 or 2 days more if you placed a large order. Digital products are not subject to manufacturing time and are delivered immediately after your payment clears.
- Delivery: 3-5 days to major centers nationally in South Africa, and up to 10 days for outlying and remote areas. International shipping is by pre-arrangement only. Please contact us before placing your order.
While we try to adhere to these timeframes as strictly as possible, unforeseen circumstances do occur from time to time during manufacturing or with our shipping partners. We will always notify you in these instances and will ensure your packages are delivered as soon as possible. Larger packages may take longer to arrive, as do special shipping arrangements. We will communicate via email should this be the case.
