How long do we keep your order alive without payment?

Orders that are awaiting payment (e.g. Bank account payments (EFT) selected as the payment method at checkout) will be kept for 30 days before being cancelled. You will receive an email update to confirm this action.

If you have an EyeHigh customer account, you can always go back to your account dashboard and reinstate the order by:

  1. Navigating to your account dashboard. You may need to login if you haven’t already.
  2. Click Orders in the menu on the left.
  3. Find the order you wish to reinstate. Orders marked as cancelled will help you select the correct one. Clicking the order will reveal the products selected for it to confirm.
  4. Click reorder. You will be directed to the checkout page to complete payment.
