How do I track my order?

Please use the order tracker in our Help Center. Enter your email address and order number to get real-time order updates.

Order States

  • PENDING: We have received your order and are awaiting payment verification. This can take up to 3 days depending on your payment method.
  • ON-HOLD: Payment was not completed, or there was an issue with your order. We will contact you via email to resolve this before proceeding with manufacturing and shipping your order.
  • PROCESSING: Your order is being manufactured.
  • COMPLETE: Your order was shipped already and is with the courier. Use the tracking number we sent you via email on the appointed courier’s website to track your delivery.
  • CANCELLED: Payment was not received for your order within the 3 day time frame and so your order was cancelled. Your items will remain in your shopping basket should you place the order again with alternate payment arrangements.
