If you have experienced an issue with an EyeHigh product, please accept out apologies.
We print and manufacture on demand so unfortunately cannot offer cancellations, returns for exchange or refund.
Defective or shipping-damaged goods, however, will be exchanged with the same product. The returns window is 7 days from purchase, after which we can’t offer replacements. For your convenience, notify us of defective or shipping-damaged products by using this online returns form.
We will pay the shipping the cost to collect the defective item from you and send you a new one.
