Buying and Redeeming Gift Cards
Buying
Gift cards can be purchased in our store. Either use the search bar to find them, or browse the ‘Gift Card’ shop category. When buying gift card products, you can:
- Select the value of the gift card.
- Add the name and email address of the loved one you’re gifting the card to.
- Add your name and a personal message so the recipient knows who’s surprising them!
After completing your purchase, you will be sent an order confirmation email. The recipient that you specified will then receive their gift card via email, along with your name, personal message and the gift card code to apply in our store after your payment has been verified. This could take up to 24 hours.
Heads-up: you can’t use gift voucher and discount codes together on the same purchase. They don’t work together unfortunately.
Redeeming
During checkout you will be prompted to enter a gift card code if you have one. Enter the code you received via email and the value of the gift card (or its remaining credit) will be applied to the current shopping basket. That’s it!
Please Note:
- Cash refunds of gift cards are not possible.
- Only one gift card or discount voucher can be redeemed per order.
- Several discounts or voucher codes cannot be combined.
- Gift cards remain active until all the credit has been used. Check the remaining credit balance on your gift card by logging into your account. If you don’t have a store account, you can see the remaining credit on your gift card by applying it at checkout again.
- Gift cards and vouchers can only be redeemed before placing your order at checkout. They cannot be applied to your order thereafter, but you can still redeem any available credit on your gift card on your next order!
- There are no minimum order values to redeem gift cards.
Checking Your Gift Card Balance
To view the remaining credit on your gift cards, login to your account and navigate to ‘Gift Cards’. The page lists all gift cards registered to your email so ensure that you are logging into your account with the same email address that the gift card was issued to.
